Where do I start?
With AI for ALL, Rooman's 20-hour, 9-module foundation course. AI for Sales & Marketing, AI for Accountants & Bookkeepers and AI for HR & Recruiting also accept a pass in a short entry quiz instead.
How long are the courses?
Between 24 and 40 hours each, over 6 to 8 weeks.
Are the courses online?
Yes. Each course combines self-paced lessons with one live cohort session a week, so you can study alongside a full-time job.
Do I need a technical background?
No. Apply AI teaches the AI tools that fit your profession. If you want to build AI systems yourself, look at the Build AI track.
What is the capstone?
Every course ends with a capstone built around a real workflow from your profession, such as an end-to-end hire, a monthly close or a clinic workflow. Leaders write their own company's AI strategy.
Can I take more than one course?
Yes. You can take one specialisation or bundle several. A counsellor can suggest a combination for your role.
Which certificate will I receive?
The Rooman Apply AI Certificate, stamped with the specialisation you complete.
Can Rooman train my whole team?
Yes. Corporate cohorts run the same curriculum for your team, with capstones aligned to your domain and in-house delivery available, through Rooman's AI Workforce Readiness programme.
