1. Acceptance
By using rooman.com or enrolling in any Rooman programme, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Services
Rooman provides IT training, incubation (StartupVarsity), AI products, and transformation services. Specific service terms (refund policy, placement guarantees, equity terms for StartupVarsity) are documented separately in your programme enrolment agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website — no scraping, no reverse-engineering our learning platforms, no unauthorised access. You agree to treat other learners and staff with respect.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, curricula, software — is the property of Rooman Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may share links and excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce whole courses or proprietary materials without written permission.
5. Fees, refunds, guarantees
Programme fees, refund windows, and placement guarantees (where applicable) are set out in your enrolment contract. The marketing copy on the website is indicative; the contract governs.
6. Limitation of liability
Rooman is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Rooman in the prior 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page.
