Lead AI in your company. The Chief AI Officer programme for managers.
Rooman’s 20-week CAIO programme prepares experienced managers to lead AI transformation: pick the use cases that pay back, redesign processes, govern data and risk, run AI products such as Rooman AI-BOS, and lead a team of AI Administrators. Taught live on weekends and built around a real transformation project, in your own company or at a Rooman client.
The role
Someone has to own AI. It could be you.

Makes it safe
Sets the rules for data, privacy and AI risk, and makes sure every agent is checked and logged.
Leads the change
Leads AI Administrators, vendors and teams, and reports results every quarter.

What is a Chief AI Officer?
The leader who decides where AI is used in a company, makes sure it pays back, manages its risks and leads the people who run it. More Indian companies are creating the role as AI moves from pilots to everyday work.
Who is the programme for?
Managers with eight or more years in operations, IT, finance, HR, sales or general management who want to lead AI in their own company or move into an AI leadership role.
Do I need a technical background?
No. You need to understand how a business runs. The programme covers the technology you need to lead, not to code.
What is the difference between the two tracks?
The company-sponsored track is for managers whose employer nominates them; the capstone is a real project in their own company. The career track is for professionals seeking a new CAIO or Head of AI role, and includes a client capstone and placement on written terms.
What does it cost?
A programme advisor explains the fee for each track and the payment options on a call. EMI options are available, and career-track candidates can also choose pay after placement, on written terms.
How is it taught?
Live online sessions on weekends, with case studies, a transformation capstone and mentoring from Rooman’s transformation leads.
Which certificate will I receive?
The Rooman Certified Chief AI Officer certificate, when you complete the programme and the capstone.
