Hire the people who run your AI. AI Administrators and Chief AI Officers, trained by Rooman.
Rooman trains AI Administrators and Chief AI Officers against your requirement, on your apps and processes, then places them in your company. Start with Rooman carrying them on its rolls while they settle in, then move them to yours. Or nominate your own managers for the CAIO programme, or share a Rooman CAIO with other companies.

What is the difference between an AI Administrator and a CAIO?
An AI Administrator runs your apps and AI agents day to day. A Chief AI Officer leads AI across the company: strategy, governance, budgets and the AI team.
Are they trained on our systems?
Yes. We train against your requirement, and the final weeks are a live project on your own setup, so they start productive.
What is deploy then transfer?
The AI Administrator works in your company on Rooman’s rolls for the first months, with Rooman backing them. Then they move to your payroll for an agreed conversion fee.
What is a fractional CAIO?
A senior Rooman AI leader shared across a few companies. You get CAIO-level direction for a monthly fee, without a full-time hire.
Can we train our own manager as CAIO?
Yes. Nominate a manager for the company-sponsored track of the Chief AI Officer programme; their capstone is a real AI project in your company.
What does it cost?
It depends on the role, the model and the number of people. We scope it with you on a call.
Do we have to use AI-BOS?
No. AI Administrators trained on AI-BOS can also run the tools you already use. Many clients adopt AI-BOS alongside, because the two are designed to work together.
