An AI Administrator runs a company’s AI: its business apps, its AI agents and the people who use them. Rooman’s 16-week programme trains graduates to set up and run Rooman AI-BOS (HRMS, Recruit, CRM, Voice Agent, Social, Project Management and AI-CFO), build and monitor AI agents, and support teams day to day. You finish with a live project at a real company and a placement, on the written terms you sign before you start.

What does an AI Administrator do?
An AI Administrator runs a company’s AI day to day: its business apps, the AI agents that work across them, and the support its people need to use them. It is a hands-on role, not a coding role.
Is this a real job?
Yes. Companies adopting AI need someone inside the business to run it. Rooman places AI Administrators with companies that use Rooman AI-BOS and with other employers adopting AI.
Do I need to know coding?
No. You need basic computer skills, clear English and logical thinking. The programme teaches the rest, from prompting to building AI agents without code.
Who can apply?
Graduates in any discipline, such as BCA, B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, B.E. or MBA, with up to two years of experience. Final-year students can apply for batches that start after their exams.
What does the placement guarantee mean?
Finish qualified and placed, on the written terms you sign before you start. A counsellor explains the eligibility, the number of interviews and the time window first.
How does pay after placement work?
You start with a small payment and pay the balance from your salary after you are placed, on written terms. EMI options are also available.
