A unique product only you can use carries a basic development fee, and you can buy the source code and rights at any time. A working first version takes 6 to 8 weeks.

Is it really free?
Yes. Rooman builds a solution it can also offer to other organisations at no development cost. You pay hosting and usage once it is live.
Who owns the app?
Rooman owns it, and you get the right to use it. Rooman may offer the same solution to other customers, with you as the first.
Can I own the source code?
Yes. You can pay to buy the source code and the rights at any time, and then host it wherever you like.
My product must be unique to me.
Then Rooman charges a basic development fee, and the product is not sold to anyone else.
How are hosting and usage charged?
Monthly, by the number of users, the number of voice-agent calls, and the cloud cost of your own instance. A counsellor quotes the rates at scoping.
What if I stop using the app?
The hosting and usage charges stop.
How long does it take?
A working first version in 6 to 8 weeks, with weekly demos while it is built.
Who builds it?
A StartupVarsity team of AI-native engineers, led by Rooman engineers, with a mentor from your organisation.
Is my data safe?
Rooman is ISO 27001 certified and CMMI Level 3 appraised. Your data stays in your instance.
