Capstone

Run a hire, end to end, with AI.

Your capstone takes a fictional role from job description to offer, using synthetic candidate material. You show where AI speeds the work up, and where a recruiter must check the evidence and decide.

Along the way you complete 4–6 lab exercises.

How much time does it take?

32 hours over 7 weeks, combining self-paced lessons with one live cohort session each week.

Is it online or classroom?

Online, with weekly live cohort sessions, so you can study alongside a full-time job.

Will I learn LinkedIn Recruiter AI?

Yes, with hands-on practice, alongside ChatGPT and Claude. Workday AI, SuccessFactors AI, Greenhouse AI and HireVue are covered too.

Is bias mitigation covered properly?

Yes. Bias checks run through the sourcing, screening and interviewing modules, and module 10 is dedicated to compliance and fair hiring.

Will this help me move into a senior HR role?

AI fluency is increasingly expected at HR business partner and talent-acquisition lead levels. You finish with a portfolio of AI-assisted HR work you can show your manager or a future employer, plus Rooman's résumé and LinkedIn workshop.

What is the capstone?

Can I practise with real candidate or employee data?

No. Practice uses synthetic or anonymised material. The course teaches how to handle real data safely under your organisation's policies.
