The challenge
What the client needed.
CET counselling allocates college seats across Karnataka, and it runs live: candidates attend in person at a handful of centres, and every allocation has to hold as it is made. Rooman lists it with the Karnataka Police migration and the Atalji rollout as one of the hardest Indian government deadlines it has delivered against.
The requirement, as Rooman states it, was seven centres connected for real-time counselling, running at full uptime, with the process open to scrutiny.
The solution
