Psychology + AI + Behavioural Analytics. Put psychology to work in product and UX.

Rooman's Psychology + AI + Behavioural Analytics is a 35-hour, 7-week online course for Psychology, Sociology and Behavioural Science students. You learn AI-assisted survey design, user interviews, consumer behaviour analytics and behavioural data ethics, then run a small user research study in a capstone and earn the Rooman Campus AI Certificate.

Who is this course for?

The course is for Psychology, Sociology and Behavioural Science students who want to apply their training in product, UX, consumer research and people analytics. It suits psychology students who want product careers, future HR and people analytics professionals, and students aiming for AI ethics and responsible AI work.

Which AI course should a psychology student take?

Start with AI for ALL, Rooman's 20-hour foundation course. Then take Psychology + AI + Behavioural Analytics (35 hours) if you want to use your degree in product, UX or consumer research. The Humanities Foundation is optional.

Is this for college students only?

Mostly, yes. Recent graduates and career-switchers are welcome too.

What do I need before I start?

AI for ALL, Rooman's 20-hour foundation course, is the only course you must complete first. You can take the Humanities Foundation beforehand if you want a wider base, but it is not required.

Is this a clinical psychology or counselling course?

No. It applies psychology to product, UX, consumer research and people analytics work. It does not train you for clinical practice, counselling or therapy.

Do I need to know coding?

No coding background is required. Python is covered only at an introductory level, alongside survey tools, SPSS or JASP, and AI assistants.

How much time does it take?

35 hours over 7 weeks, combining self-paced lessons with one live cohort session each week.

Is it online or classroom?

It is taught online, with self-paced lessons and a weekly live cohort session, so it fits around college or work. Ask a counsellor about classroom batches.

Will I get hands-on with real tools?

Yes. Every tool listed on this page is used hands-on in cohort labs.

What is the capstone?

Design and run a small user research study on a real product: a survey and five user interviews. Analyse the results with AI assistance, then deliver an insights deck.

What can I do after this course?

You can add a cross-stream course such as AI for Internship Readiness or AI for College Placement. Once you are working in HR or people analytics, AI for HR & Recruiting is one of Rooman's Apply AI courses for working professionals.

Is this course AICTE or UGC approved?

It is a skill course from Rooman, not a UGC-approved degree. You receive the Rooman Campus AI Certificate and a completion record.

Will my college recognise this?

Rooman's partner colleges may count it as a skill credit. Check with your college's placement officer.

Does the course include placement support?

Yes: a résumé and LinkedIn workshop, and help with internship matching. It is not one of Rooman's job-guaranteed programmes.

Which certificate will I receive?

The Rooman Campus AI Certificate, with a record of the course you completed.
