Rooman's AI Professional is a 240-hour, 2-month online course and Tier 2 of the Build AI track. You pick one of five specialisation tracks (Cloud and DevOps, Full Stack with Gen AI, AI and Data Analytics, Cyber Security, or Generative AI and MLOps), build four capstone projects in it, and earn the Rooman AI Professional Certificate stamped with your specialisation.

AI Professional is Tier 2 of Rooman's Build AI track. You choose one of five specialisation tracks and build production-grade skill in it, with four capstone projects, code review and technical communication. It leads to AI Expert, Tier 3, or to mid-level AI engineering roles.

Who it's for
Built for AI Foundation graduates.
The course is for engineers who have completed AI Foundation, Tier 1 of Build AI, or who have an equivalent technical background and pass the AI Foundation challenge exam. An engineering or computer science degree is preferred, and you should already be able to ship a working AI application.

Production cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, CI/CD and monitoring.

02Track 2: Full Stack Development with Gen AI
The MERN stack with OpenAI APIs, LangChain and RAG.

03Track 3: AI and Data Analytics
Python, SQL and dashboards, with machine learning and AI-assisted analysis.

Who is this course for?

Which specialisation tracks can I choose?
Cloud and DevOps, Full Stack Development with Gen AI, AI and Data Analytics, Cyber Security Expert, and Generative AI and MLOps. Each runs as its own cohort, so pick the track that matches the work you want to do.
Can I switch tracks after I start?
Yes, in the first two weeks. After that, you complete your original track.
Can I take more than one track?
Yes. Most learners pick one and go deep. Ask a counsellor about adding a second track.
How much time does it take?
240 hours over 2 months (60 days), about 30 hours a week.
Is it online or in person?
Online, with a live cohort for each track. Ask a counsellor about classroom batches.
What are the capstone projects?
Each track ends in four capstone projects in its own domain, from an AWS infrastructure build to a fine-tuned LLM app. Together they form the portfolio you take to AI Expert or to your next role.
How is this different from Rooman's Professional Programmes?
It covers the same five specialisations, but as Tier 2 of the Build AI track, so it leads on to AI Expert (Tier 3).
What comes after AI Professional?
AI Expert, Tier 3 of Build AI: a 360-hour, 3-month in-person residency in Bengaluru, with a capstone inside a real Rooman product team. Admission is selection-based. You can also apply for mid-level AI engineering roles, with introductions to Rooman hiring partners.
Does the course include placement support?
Yes: résumé and interview preparation, mock interviews for your track, and introductions to Rooman hiring partners. It is not one of Rooman's job-guaranteed programmes.
Which certificate will I receive?
The Rooman AI Professional Certificate, stamped with your specialisation.
