Rooman's AI for Final Year Project (FYP) Sprint is a 30-hour, 6-week online course for final-year students in any stream working on a project, dissertation or thesis. You learn where AI helps and where it hurts in literature review, research design, analysis, writing and presentation, and how to use it with academic integrity, then submit your own FYP draft for review in a capstone and earn the Rooman Campus AI Certificate.

Who is this course for?
The course is for final-year students in any stream who are working on a final-year project, dissertation or thesis. It suits engineering, BSc, MSc, BA, BBA, B.Pharm, BPT and BDS students, with guidance for your stream.
Is this for college students only?
Mostly, yes. Recent graduates and career-switchers are welcome too.
What do I need before I start?
You need a final-year project, dissertation or thesis already underway, and completion of AI for ALL, Rooman's 20-hour entry course. The course is open to final-year students in any stream. You do not need a Campus AI Foundation first.
Will AI write my project for me?
No. You do your own research and writing, and AI assists. The course shows where AI helps, where it hurts and what your supervisor will catch, and Module 7 covers plagiarism, attribution and what to disclose.
Can I use AI for my final-year project?
Check your college's rules with your supervisor first. The course teaches you to use AI openly: attribute your sources, keep a record of your AI use and disclose it.
Does it work for my stream?
Yes. The course includes stream-specific guidance and covers survey, lab and computational projects, for engineering, BSc, MSc, BA, BBA, B.Pharm, BPT and BDS students.
How much time does it take?
30 hours over 6 weeks, combining self-paced lessons with one live cohort session each week.
Is it online or classroom?
It is taught online, with self-paced lessons and a weekly live cohort session, so it fits around college or work. Ask a counsellor about classroom batches.
Will I get hands-on with real tools?
Yes. Every tool listed on this page is used hands-on in cohort labs.
What is the capstone?
Submit your real FYP draft with documentation of your AI workflow, and receive review and feedback.
What can I do after this course?
Take your finished project into placement preparation with AI for College Placement or Employability 4.0. If your project is research-heavy, look at Research & Scientific Computing with AI in the Sciences stream.
Is this course AICTE or UGC approved?
It is a skill course from Rooman, not a UGC-approved degree. You receive the Rooman Campus AI Certificate and a completion record.
Will my college recognise this?
Rooman's partner colleges may count it as a skill credit. Check with your college's placement officer.
Does the course include placement support?
Yes: a résumé and LinkedIn workshop, and help with internship matching. It is not one of Rooman's job-guaranteed programmes.
Which certificate will I receive?
The Rooman Campus AI Certificate, with a record of the course you completed.
