About Program
The IT Ignite module is the foundation of our recruitment program, designed to give fresh graduates a clear understanding of the latest technologies in just 80 hours. It introduces key IT domains like Cloud, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and more, helping students explore career options in Future Tech. This module builds strong technical awareness for entry-level job roles and helps candidates identify their true interests before moving into specialized training.
The Soft Skills module in the Interview Ignite Program is designed to make students fully job-ready. It covers key areas like logical reasoning, aptitude, interview preparation, resume writing, and mock interviews. A major highlight is our AI-based Interview Preparation Tool, where candidates can attend simulated interviews for various job roles with an AI interviewer. The tool identifies individual weaknesses and provides personalized feedback and improvement tips, helping students boost their confidence and performance in real interviews.
