Position: System Administrator
Place of work: Rajajinagar, Bangalore.

Education: Diploma / Any Graduate
Experience: Must have at least 1 to 5 years of experience as a technical expert in the area of Windows System Administration

Roles and Responsibilities
- Microsoft Windows System Administration, End user support on Laptops / Desktops, Servers, L2 switch Administration.
- Must have experience in the following Windows Server technologies:
- Active Directory Domain Services
- DNS, DHCP , NAT , VPN Configurations
- Patching and Update Services. Event logs
- Windows Firewall configuration, AntiVirus configuration.
- Group Policy Management
- Office 365, Emails
- Backup and Storage , Printer Configurations
- Server Hardware knowledge
- Working knowledge of Wireless access points and allied products.
- Should be a fast learner, coordinate and work with OEMS.
- Must have the ability to document changes and store in a centralized location.
- Must provide regular updates to management on accomplishments, issues and progress.
- Ability to discuss issues and prepare/present Root Cause Analysis to a varied audience
- MCSE/MCSA certified preferably
