Roles & Responsibilities

The Chief Financial Officer will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities. This will include direct responsibility for finance, forecasting, strategic planning, accounting, job costing, property management, legal, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.

Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting function with following – Direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, financial analysis and financial control.
• Primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all Financial / Accounting related activities of the company.
• Ensure TDS Payments / Returns, Service Tax Credits / Returns, GST Returns etc.
• Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, monthly accounts closing, statutory audit etc.
• P&L A/c, Budget, Cash flow forecast, payments to vendors, employees and statutory dues etc.
• Working Capital management & Preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
• Developing and leveraging relationships with financial institutions for debt / equity level raising of funds through established methods & execute the financial strategy of the company
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to ensure correct internal control to make financial processes more efficient

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant, with around 08-10 years of progressive experience, of which at least last few years as Head of Finance

Required Candidate Profile:

• Should have a thorough knowledge of sound financial planning, corporate governance, and compliance
• Ability to handle multiple locations and entities and be effective in control over finances, cost, MIS
• Highly Analytical, Creative Thinker with a proven track record in financial skills.
• Should have Strong leadership skills, with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude.
• Should have an experience of working with top management
• Focus on driving for transparency and results.
