1. Will be Responsible for Bringing new clients/business for the company by selling staffing solutions/services.
2. Identify job opportunities and generate new clients for student placement in different sectors.
3. Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements and work on customized service solutions.
4. Managing the sales life cycle, prospecting, cold calling and selling to close deals.
5. Visit clients to establish business relations, make pitches to prospective clients, sign agreements, etc.
6. Should open to travel PAN INDIA, whenever required.
7. manage a team which is engaged in identifying new sales opportunities by contacting prospective customers through cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead generation, proposal submission and follow-up appointments to generate leads and taking it to closures.
8. Planing strategies for IT and NON IT staffing so as to win business from new as well as existing customers.
9. Coordinate with the management team and provide accurate and detailed forecasts on weekly/monthly funnel of identified and proposed customers in order to meet or exceed sales requirements.
10. Gathering market intelligence, to search on the internet and other relevant sources to check latest contract awards and other developments.
11. Liaison with the management team to ensure the company’s visibility.
12. Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information on business forecast and sales cycle as required.
